This information session will outline how students’ prior learning is assessed for the purpose of granting credit for a Grade 10, 11, or 12 Ontario curriculum course.

Subject-specific Program Coordinators will be hosting break-out sessions to help students understand how to apply for a PLAR in a particular subject area. The following subject-specific breakout webinars will be available to join after the general information session:

• PLAR Challenges in Social Science & Humanities, Canadian & World Studies • PLAR Challenges in STEM (Science, Technology and Robotics) • PLAR Challenges in the Arts • PLAR Challenges in Experiential Learning • PLAR Challenges in Languages • PLAR Challenges in Math • PLAR Challenges in Physical Education
